Ok I found it. To continue with Robert, open CompizConfig Settings
manager if you have it or download it from the Ubuntu Software Center.
In the Desktop category, click on Desktop Wall. Then under Bindings and
Move with window within walls you with find the shortcuts to the
workspace switcher. On
If you download CompizConfig Settings manager, you can reset this in the
desktop wall section.
