As Tim has commented, Yelp is an important part of stock GNOME, and it should remain untouched. Technically, you could have XFCE, KDE, etc programs in your Ubuntu GNOME machine; having a branded Help application may lead to misunderstandings, as a user may think it will contain documentation for

That is the official GNOME Logo, not our old logo. Likewise the GNOME docs come from upstream, and are not Ubuntu GNOME specific. While we could patch it to use the Ubuntu GNOME logo, I am not sure that is really necessary. Any decision to do so would have to come from the artwork team. **
