Orca? What happens if once you have started orca, you log out and back
in again? Do things work then as expected?

Public bug reported:
After activating the orca screenreader with alt-super-s keys the speech output
initiates.
But the orca desktop key, i. e. insert, combined with a command, e. g. space,
is not working.
Expected result: orca settings window opens.
Actual result: nothing happens.
