I think the missing version in the original report was because I ran
ubuntu-bug libreoffice instead of ubuntu-bug libreoffice-calc

I have reported this for 1:6.0.7-0ubuntu0.18.04.10, I don't know why
this wasn't picked up by ubuntu-bug.

1:6.0.7-0ubuntu0.18.04.10 package from archive, or with the LibreOffice

I have just tested with the upstream packages of LibreOffice 6.4.0, the
problem doesn't occur there, it creates the lock file on AFS with the
right content (name, user name, etc.)
