OK, if you have the same problem, then look for message #93 by ToniC
(and the previous one which it completes from panticz.de, or go to
http://www.panticz.de/Fix-OpenOffice-Quickstarter-logout-bug ) and
replace basis3.3 by the real directory on your machine. On mine it is
basis3.4. It should work.
