I'm not sure that this bug is fixed. I still get repeated errors within
thunderbird, despite being uptodate.
My specific error is: There was a problem opening the address book
"Ubuntu One" - the message returned was: Cannot open book: Could not
create DesktopcouchSession object

We already ship an extension with Thunderbird to allow it to access
existing addressbooks in EDS, which gives it access to the U1
addressbook.
What we need in addition to this is:
1) Split evolution-couchdb in to 2 packages - 1 for the EDS backend (which we
want for thunderbird), and 1 for the E
