Rainer, we understand the situation however there are no proper calendar
applications available. Sure there is Lightning as an add-on for
Thunderbird, however I don't think it is included by default. Probably a

Evince on Ubuntu 64 bit 12.10 displays pdf form checks correctly but when
printing the "$" symbol over-writes the left most number. This happens
regardless of which printer I use., ink jet, laser, etc.
On Ubuntu 12.04 workstations it displays and prints
Kernels from comment #11 did not resolve the issue. Unless I failed to
install something correctly.
