I am on a brand new Asus S550C Ultrabook with Linux Mint 15 Cinnamon (64 bit)

unfortunatly those reports of it's using nG of ram after a day are not
that useful without steps to reproduce :/ The issue is not happening to
everybody, or we would hear more about it/some of us would be able to
reproduce. The comments suggests that some of the issues are due to
plugins or
I just reinstalled Ubuntu and this time the 32bit version. I will keep
an eye on memory usage, and if it's still eating GB's of RAM I'll come
back to this thread and request help debugging it.

I just noticed that when I visit the web page
http://www.thomann.de/se/thomann_dp25.htm and play a music sample
from that page something happens with the text on the screen. Characters are

today i re-install ubuntu 10.10,and add snd-hda-intel
model=3stack-660,then the sound works all right,so i obtain output of
alsa-info.sh
