I have the same problem still with ubuntu 14.04, and have had it for a long
time. Can't ecactly tell since when. But it must have been years.
It's reproducible. It happens every time after resume. Maybe not if the resume
lasted only for half a minute.

I'm being haunted by this for two days now, since I use my laptop's
internal display (conference). This never happens at home with the
external monitor. It crashes every few minutes and is unbearable; I
found that disabling multiple workspaces helps a lot to calm it down.

idea for a fix. Is anyone affected by this able to check (using gdb) the
value of 'device-scroll_valuators' in frame #0. Hopefully it is NULL?

I have Ubuntu 12.04 and this is indeed very annoying.
Run gconf-editor and uncheck notify with tray doesn't work for me.
There is no ~/.config/evolution/sources/ folder to delete.
I don't want to run sudo apt-get purge evolution-data-server because i use
Evolution.

I started having problems with suspend and resume after upgrading to
kernel 3.13.0-37. Resume takes a long time, suspend sometimes takes me
to the log in screen and I have no networking after resuming (I need to
restart Network Manager). I am running Ubuntu 14.04 (64 bit) on
The attachment xfswitch-plugin utopic debdiff seems to be a debdiff.
The ubuntu-sponsors team has been subscribed to the bug report so that
they can review and hopefully sponsor the debdiff. If the attachment
isn't a patch, please remove the patch flag from the attachment,
remove the patch tag,
