Pin 0x13 does not work as well. Overriding pin 0x13 to use the Internal

Internal Microphone does not work in Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS in a new hp-
spectre-x360-convertible-15 laptop. The microphone works perfectly on
Windows 10 (present in Dual boot mode).
Initially, Internal Microphone was not even detected but installing
alsa-tools-gui and
I reviewed gupnp 1.2.1-1 as checked in to eoan. This isn't a full
security audit, but rather a quick gauge of maintainability.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I really only meant the uninstall as a temporary
test, to provide more information on what issues this extension was
causing. For me it also solved a number of seemingly unrelated issues
mostly to do with excessive cpu usage.

I worked round this issue by uninstalling gnome-shell-extension-
appindicator. This fixed this issue and also a number of high cpu usage
issues I was seeing. The cpu issues were sometimes severe enough to also
expose weaknesses in the compositor.
I suggest that anyone who is getting problems with

this) that an alternative to completely disabling the Wacom driver's
touchscreen handling is to just add `Option "Gesture" "Off"` to the
touchscreen section of 70-wacom.conf instead.

`libsane-common` version is `1.0.27-1~experimental3ubuntu2.2~ppa`. I see
version `1.0.27-3.2...` for later ubuntu versions which is not available
I can't disable the discrete Nvidia GPU in my BIOS. I don't have menu to swich
off this GPU on the BIOS.

I did something else today.
Calibre on Flathub detected both my phone and my Kindle perfectly but Calibre
on Bionic official repo couldn't do that. Well, official repo is version 3.21
and Flathub version is 3.46. I don't know if that's the problem.
