I have the same problem. I run xubuntu 12.04 upgraded from 10.04.
I found that the icon only where missing at my own (and only) account.
But if I created a new account the icons showed corrrectly. Therefore I
suspected that the problem was related to the user settings, but i don't
know what file.
Ok, I've tried to clone mozilla-central, apply patch and compile, but it
wasn't successful.
In fact, I wasn't able to apply the patch and so I've tried to apply
manually the changes, but it was a little bit as black magic for me.
That's why I've got this compilation error I think :

Tracking the RawRegion is going to be a perf nightmare, I think. Maybe
just track damage extents and hope for the best? Most of the time
rendering redraws either a full window or a tiny rectangle of it (cursor

I helped Hasdai file this bug, it probably has something to with the Graphics
Environment.
Can't be more specific on the package, we found no explicit errors pointing at
Xorg, but when this happens everything freeze, the screen stays up and both
mouse and keyboard freeze.
Assuming its Xorg
I have the same Problem if I want to install both, 64bit and32bit version of
libxml2-dev on Precice.

Ditto it effects me. Meaning it probably effects all end users on 4.1
and later versions. Or in the rare case someones ports this bug-creating
patch to an older version. If the bug is simple to fix, please fix it
ASAP. Know you all are busy. In the mean time, I'm going to use some

connections not because EAP was failing, but because it failed to get an
IP address, which is entirely my fault. This bug report is therefore
invalid.

1. Perform clean install of Kubuntu 13.10 amd64 from 2013-07-24 media.
2. apt-get update; apt-get install eclipse
3. Run eclipse, see Workspace Launcher window that suggests ~/workspace as a
location
4. Click OK.
JVM segfaults; error log file contains
