is there any specific reason for you to disable the on board sound card
?
index=-2 is a specific option to force the card to not loaded as card 0
e.g. intel8x0-modem have to loaded after snd-intel8x0

(ideapad intel_backlight) depending on the osi_* kernel cmd line
