After updating from vivid to wily I noticed my screen no longer boots in

I have an iwlwifi-7260 intel card and I started experiencing this bug

Since Oct. 30th I've had a crash about every day.
Today (Nov. 12th) I've loaded the 3.19.0-33 kernel and it seems like my
system is stable now! I've tried some things that previously caused a
crash immediately and this time I've had no crash whatsoever.
Does anyone know how to report this issue

Merge with debian and a rename of source package to gdm3 to cut down on
the delta with debian. This will make life easier in the future.
Includes migration code to adapt to the new paths etc.

I can confirm this bug from Ubuntu Gnome 15.10, after all newest
packages installed. This did not happened in 14.04.x and 15.04.
