I'm using nvida-current drivers with bumblebee following the ubuntu wiki guide,
rebooting, gpu-manager creates automatically an Xorg.conf overriding the
correct bumblebee one.
I had to rename in /usr/bin/gpu-manager to gpu-manager.old to fix this problem,
with removing
I experienced a very similar error, but not exactly the same, when
trying to format a 4G USB 2.0 device. Matt's suggested workaround (near
the very top of this report, using dd) worked after a couple of tries. I
was getting "DBus.Python.GLib.Error" when trying to format, with the
same consequences
Similar behavior here on two trusty (14.04.3) machines. Killing gvfsd
and quitting nautilus afterwards (nautilus -q) put things right

I just copied some jpg pictures to /var/tmp, opened the first with EoG
and deleted them one by one using the DEL key.
After this all files were visible in the trash from where I could
restore them.

The Acer laptop has 2 seperate jacks: one for mic input, one for headset
output (combined with spdif output).

My OS is Linux Mint 17.3 Cinnamon edition...but probably the same issue with

My pdf reader is evince 3.10.3.
When I open a pdf form where some calculation (additions or subtractions) are
done, the total amount remains the same, and thus not correct.
