For me 'systemctl restart NetworkManager.service' fixes it until the next
reboot - which is less than once a week, I only suspend the laptop.

The automated installer in Ubuntu Studio barfed this error at me trying
to install it into my ROG G751JT.
I can just install it without the graphics and do it separately, but it

Not only is the indicator missing, going into system settings does not permit
me to see an active list of networks either.
I keep having to log out and back into unity7 in order to solve network
connection problems.

prevention plugin(compiz) to work properly.
