Ubuntu 16.04.01 LTS. When booting or rebooting, the network won't come
up at all. But, if I select "Disconnect VPN" the network comes up. After
the network comes up, I can enable the VPN and the client connects to

server with OPENVPN or PPTP.
The error message if I type "sudo nmcli con up THENAME":
Password is required but not given in 'passwd-file' (I don't no while) and

What I mean is I get a message saying it can't find 131-0ubuntu3 . I
tried a couple of different mirrors.
If i open Synapthic I see a few different versions of NVidea but not
that one.
I see it's supposed to be fixed now. Hopefully I will get a chance to
try it today.
