This is a bug, that seems unmaintained, the comment of apienk says
pretty clearly, that he cannot save the configuration, otherwise it
works.
The only thing to do to get it to work under Linux is:
- open ~/.config/inkscape/preferences.xml in a Texteditor
- search for wacom
- and enter mode="scree
As Dave pointed out, the problem is not consistent with black borders
but also with graphical glitch around windows, which I still think, has
something to do with, how shadows are rendered.

The user Objects have an attribute for system accounts:
property Boolean SystemAccount
Whether or not the account is a system account, such as adm. System accounts
aren't returned by ListCachedUsers and should generally be ignored.
It also has a shell property, but that (by default) seems to have

after awake from sleep(open my lenovo laptop lid) network manager shows
- it is connected to one of wi-fi's networks (not mine) - switching
on\off wifi, networking service doesn't help.
Here is workaround:
ps -Af | grep -i networkmanager (write down the pid)
sudo kill pid
su

Same problem as Fred here. It worked before the cherry-picking back
98974a88 and 47c16e59. But now it's broken. And yes everything works
with "DNSSEC supported: no".

How do I disable DNSSEC? Through /etc/systemd/resolv.conf? And how to
switch it off "DNSSEC=allow-downgrade" ?

I tested network-manager 1.2.6-0ubuntu0.16.04.1 from xenial-proposed for
100 cycles, and this issue didn't happen again.
