This has happened for the last 2 weeks. Even if the internet is working,
the ethernet icon in app indicator changes to a no-internet icon.
I don't know what the issue is.

Thank you for taking the time to report this crash and helping to make
this software better. This particular crash has already been reported
and is a duplicate of bug #1978521, so is being marked as such.
Good news: I can reproduce the bug now using an HP Skylake laptop with
built-in 4K panel. Everything freezes if I add an external 4K display.
The freeze does NOT occur if I have DING disabled.
If I use both monitors without DING, then only enabling DING makes the
freeze happen again.
