so, the issue here seems to be that there are 2 packages that are easily
confused in Software Center.
The first is gnome-control-center, which is the System Settings
application that is installed by default, and shows up in the Dash, but
is listed in Software center with the title of utilities to
an add-on note... it looks like both of the currently returned results
are for the package systemsettings, but only 1 is listed as KDE
System Settings
