Symlink won't work, it takes different arguments. The rsvg command has been deprecated for a long time. I'm inclined to follow upstream and debian on this one and not do anything to the precise package since rsvg was a kludge to begin with. It doesn't really make sense to write a new kludge to

From the linked debian bug: imagemagick is not supposed to use /usr/bin/rsvg because it's supposed to pull in it's own svg converter in the package libmagick?-extras where ? is the SONAME version, and is recommended by imagemagick. However, as you can see in:
