Since upgrading to Ubuntu 16.04, Evolution generates excessive traffic
with a only few (5-7) imap accounts.
E.g. RX bytes:98361856545 (98.3 GB) for a computer with 5h uptime.
Most traffic seems to be generated when you open any folder.

Same started happening to me when I add a device to the headphones jack.
I tried kolobok-not-dead 's suggestion. Flickering disappears, but
unfortunately the mixer's volume cannot be changed.
@kolobok-not-dead - did you have that? Does it have to do with the kmix?

- It is said that this is caused by UEFI bug though, since Samsung's special
hardware features are disabled in UEFI mode.
- It therefore only affects Samsung models
This also affects me on Ubuntu 12.04 and Evolution 3.2.3.

the background and text in the tabs changes, making them unreadable.
If I close and open Firefox, the correct colours are displayed again.

In Ubuntu 12.04 running classic-gnome this doesn't work.
When you go to time and date settings (as described in
