Forecast Information Cannot be fetched. Connection cannot be

Since yesterday, I have discovered something really interesting.
After 2 minutes that the mobile is plugged in, the voice Enable Mobile
Broadband appears and I can surf the web.
Hence the question is:
why should I wait 2-3 minutes (not an eternity... but quite a long time) before
the connection
I don't know. But sometimes it works.
I'm just trying to find a way to connect always without problems.

Enable
Public bug reported:
I use my Mobile LG GT540 and Ubuntu 12.04 64 bit to connect in 3G mode. But it
works randomly.
Really often I can't find the voice Enable Mobile Broadband in the nm-applet
menu and unplug and replug my mobile doesn't work most of the times.
Hence, I need to restart Ubuntu

In addiction, when I insert the SD Card the first time, it mounts
correctly. After unmounting and reinserting the system can not recognize
it. Rebooting solves the problem.
It happens both with Eject and Safely remove drive.
