With the same version of nautilus (3.6.3) and gvfs (1.16) in arch linux
I do not see the disappearing share issue at all. I also do not see it
on a raring live usb, but when I clean install raring and update the bug
re-appears. I am convinced that this is not an upstream bug, and that
its causes

To me it does not sound like a duplicate of #1168383, as the crash is
related to the sorting of bookmarks, rather than simply using them.

issue for me.

I've been seeing this too, incredibly annoying. And I've seen it on a
totally clean install of 13.04. I've seen multiple ways to reproduce it:
1. Click bookmark to mount share
2. Unmount it
3. Close the nautilus window and re-open it, the bookmark is gone.
