Ah... It's all my stupidness. Though I don't have -proposed repo, the problem lies in choosing repositories: long time ago I used apt-pin to make packages from raring preferable, so apt took libxml2:i386 not from raring-updates, but from raring, while libxml2:amd64 was from raring-updates. So,
