The same problem here. It looks like `dh-autoreconf` should be a
dependency of `debuild`.

Off topic (for the bug itself): Just wanted to say a big thank you about
the `dh-autoreconf` package - I'm trying to experiment with git-
buildpackage on Ubuntu 11.04 - and that was the exact command and error
it was generating too; installing dh-autoreconf helped. Thanks again -

The required dependencies are in d/control; so there is nothing further
to be done.
When trying to build network-manager-applet the same way we do in
Ubuntu; consider using the branch lp:~network-manager/network-manager-
applet/ubuntu; along with the standard 'bzr bd' commands for building;
as
Typically bugs about individua package are reported agains Ubuntu + That
Source Package as I now did.
UDD project only tracks bugs about keeping the bzr branch up-to-date.
How did you envoke package clean? Did you use $ debuild clean ?
