I can confirm that the same thing happens for ASRock ITX motherboard
with Intel's J4205 CPU connected to Samsung TV.
Since I want to give Linux a go and not buy another OS from M$ - it is a
bit disappointing that we have to use tricks to get a pretty basic thing
to work.

That kernel boot parameter did not work for me. Also in teh non
functional intel mode I am getting fans at maximum even with the recent
nvidia drivers. Some GPU switching is really going wrong in intel mode.

I considered disabling the broken Actions from the .desktop as a
workaround, but I think that could cause translation problems when the

Reproduction steps:
On my laptop, everytime I suspend and resume from the suspend, the
wayland/gnome-shell has crashed, and I have to login again fresh.
I can reproduce 100% of the time on this hardware.

@Rafel, bug #1714596 has released a new libpoppler-glib8 version with
the fix for that issue. Could you update and test it? And if it works

Ah, the remmina PPA got disabled on upgrade. After reenabling it for
artful, I still see the same issue with:
