I found since kernel x86_64 Linux 4.15.0-60-generic at Ubuntu 18.04 my
external USB mouse in Samsung ultrabook (NP900X4C) scroll not working!
(with weel at middle mouse button)
With touchpad scroll works fine.
This is cat /proc/bus/input/devices info from 3 lat
Unfortunately there isn't a working version of dash-to-dock for gnome
33/34, but dash-to-panel is a nice workaround for this issue.

After updating my Ubuntu, i had to uninstall chrome desktop, it wouldn't
let me to open up terminal or files app. Then i re-installed chrome
desktop, try it with default settings and it was working, i changed the
Display to 0 (20 default) on the python file and comments. It would not

have seen this problem with Chromium and LibreOffice. As I type this I
can't actually display any right click menu now after using the Super
key to display the Activities Overview which cleared the unwanted right-
