Public bug reported:
When waking my laptop up from suspend I get a black screen with a mouse
cursor for some time before the unlock dialog appears. It seems to take
a lot longer for the unlock dialog to appear than it ever used to.
6 Seconds from opening the lid to seeing the mouse cursor.
