Using ubuntu-dock, I installed dash to dock from ubuntu-software to do
some small customizations (minimize on click).
I install extensions from ubuntu-software, so in the folder where they are
installed, as you can see I don't have these extensions:

My solution is to switch to a virtual terminal (CTRL+ALT+F) and then

With the last version of QtUbuntu mir and unity8 work on Atom, thanks
Gerry! It is very slow ( but faster than the old EGL convenience
version) but it works.
