regression in 1.10.2 and it has been fixed in master by now. The 1.9.x
branch has never been affected.
By now I have reviewed all changes of the really big commit that also
caused the regression. I found a few more places
As you can see via my last commits, I simplified again the release process. The
release notes are not written anymore in the README, CHANGES and RELEASE_NOTES
files, but only in the doc/release-notes.html file.

simplification. There used to be a release branch. I don’t think we need it
anymore, so I have wrote a process without it.

task
I've been trying to get mono installed for the past 2 days partly to
learn a little boo, and partly to use this antlib to give some
feedback - sorry no luck so far
