As far as I can tell you were adding blueprint-0.4 to the other JIRA's I had done in blueprint and had not removed the 0.4, so I'm making sure this one is consistent. Why do you want a blueprint-0.4 release? What timeframe? Why do you plan to do with it without other modules? Shouldn't this wait
