This is a potential religious debate, I think it makes the most sense to
try and make the provider optional and let the operator or even the
end-user decide. I see how this is an extra challenge, but does it make
sense?

In general, I'm fine with giving karma to any user on request for those
abilities. I don't think a trial for a limited set of users makes sense.
And I don't think the PMC or committers will be able to control and revert
on abuse. we'll need infra for both awarding and retracting.

Evgeniy,
you can see that there are PRs out for the milestones 4.14 and 4.13.1 on
github. When we get enough support to have these tested and merged we can
release.
4.14: https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/milestone/12
4.13.1: https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/milestone/11

devs, I thought I had already sent a mail about this but i cannot find it.
I'm sure i had mentioned it somewhere (probably on github).
this is a follow up on [1] and hopefully you'll agree, a slight improvement.
here it comes:

Hello devs,
I know most of us have been using jenv (http://jenv.be) to develop in
parallel on different branches in the past. In view of our recent upgrade
(and our ongoing support for 4.13), I've been taking this up with INFRA and
they suggested that we use the maven toolchain plugin instead. I op

People,
A ticket has been raised as a blocker but i don't think anybody here has
the resources to fix it. It is a regression of kinds, and a known issue but
in my not so humble opinion won't block anybody from using a future
release. The Issue [1] describes the problem and a PR [2] gives a partial

LS,
I want to run an integration test (for LDAP but that is irrelevant) and
marvin does not cleanup resources
I isolated the problem like so:
```
#Import Local Modules
import marvin
from marvin.cloudstackTestCase import *
from marvin.cloudstackAPI import *
from marvin.lib.utils import *
from marvi
