Rajani, After you've update the cloudstack-docs-rn, you need to create a branch 4.10 or tag 4.10.0.0 (see existing branches/tags and other previous releases for example). Once you're done, I can help with publishing this on read-the-docs, if you're a member of the maintainers of release-notes
