least I have continuation ID bound to a particular page, not session.
Maybe this functionality is useful but certainly not the best solution
to hide a continuation ID from url.

You can add another download option, though, if wanted.
Spring framework uses maven and handles it nicely. They provide
springframework-XXX.zip and springframework-XXX-with-deps.zip.
