I do not think so, the name of the Project is "Apache Commons", the
name of each Apache Commons "component" is "Apache Commons
ThatComponent". For example "Apache Commons DBCP".

Currently every commons project I have locally uses 'Apache Commons' in the
project name. Why change to 'ASF Commons?
Is this something used on other ASF projects?
