- Do we have an approximate date set for the next cordova-ios release ?
- Is it going to be 4.0.x or 3.8.0 ? I ask because I see the following
branch which is 4.0.x: https://github.com/apache/cordova-ios/tree/4.0.x .
However, a previous email by Shazron mentions 3.8.

It seems that the vote passed to release Android about a week ago (January
23rd, I believe), but since then, the projects have not been updated, and
no blog post has been released. Since then, however, I've seen some talk on
this list of releasing 4.0.0. Is the release of 3.7.0 still in pr

warrant one, I'll probably do that later today.

Indeed. Tools have a "pinned" version which they prefer to install by
default (so that we can be confident about compatibility). You can try
"cordova platform add android@3.7.0" to be explicit about the new version,
and the tooling release next week will update the default pin.

Oh, yeah, I see the problem. Paths in jsproj (now jsprojManager) are hard-coded
to use "\", which is not a problem in practice because this code would only
normally executed on Windows, but is a problem when running tests (guess this
particular code hasn't been exercised by tests previously).

locally and noticed that right now cli.version == lib.version.
Wondering if this is on purpose or coincidence? If CLI version is always ==
lib version, then there's no need to print out both versions.

- There will not be a cordova-ios 3.8.0 release -- the original intent
was to have the "wkwebview" branch integrated in this release which
contains pluggable web views
- There is a 4.0.x branch for ios which has some Category (class

aren't the actual plugins. Just my device plugin with package-name and id
changed.
Once we figure out the final structure for package.json, We can vote and do
proper releases for them.
