I checked and the Jenkins build succeeded with generating the website and
pushing it to the asf-site branch:
https://github.com/apache/directory-site/commit/fece1d2939cd0e027bdd0efe4e16adf092401e54
After that, it is some INFRA component which needs to pick up the changes.
As Emmanuel suggested;

The website indeed is still served from SVN. With the existence of the
.asf.yaml file projects can now make the switch themselves (e.g. from the
CMS to git).
I’ll create a pull request to add this file shortly (probably today).
After that we only need to inform infra that the leftovers can be

Hereby i am adding my +1 (non-binding) and closing the vote.
I'll send the results shortly.

Hey all,
As promised hereby a vote for moving away from the (to be deprecated) CMS &
svn, to use Hugo
and git for hosting the Directory website sources.
Hugo is a quite popular static site generator and is well-known for its speed
of website generation.
It's quite easy to install Hugo as the

Hi Shawn,
Maybe you missed my message in this thread :)
My response was more or less that february this year I tried converting the
Directory website to use a static site generator. At that moment Emmanuel's
response was to see how it went with MINA (already migrated off the CMS)
before
Hi Emmanuel,
Some time ago I offered to help out migrating the site from the CMS to a
separate git repo [1].
Of course because that was a couple of months ago the latest changes have not
been incorporated.
I am still willing to help out with this (as I did for MINA as well).
An example of the
Hey Emmanuel,
That probably is the best idea.

Hi Directory community,
I noticed Directory is still serving its site from SVN with help of the Apache
CMS. At the Apache Celix
project we decided to move away from the CMS and move towards git for serving
our website [1].
This because the CMS was introduced in 2010 and is currently not
