Hi, we recently changed all the license headers to use https instead of http for the link to the license text: https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0 That's a good thing and allowed from legal [1]. But the problem is that the current apache-rat:check plugin 0.13 fails with unapproved license
