After some experimenting, it looks like 3.2 was not signed with the correct cert. 3.3 will correctly offer to upgrade 3.1. I guess we'll have to do more testing of the certs in the future to make sure we use the right one. Somehow we missed that for 3.2. Because we didn't force upgrades from

IMO, the certificate is not in the source package, and you are not altering the source package, so the release is fine as is. But first, I think it would be best if you take the time to verify what is wrong. It feels like we are only guessing at this point. I don't have much time today to help.

Are you sure both your 3.2 and 3.3 versions were signed with the certificates we sent you off-list? I don't remember exactly how it works but AIUI, if you install the Installer as built from a source package, that build won't have the official certificates and you'll get that error since the new

Piotr, I agree with Om that the 3.2 installer may not need to be uninstalled before installing 3.3 on Windows. In fact, I think that the 3.2 Installer will offer an upgrade to 3.3 the next time it is run if we force the upgrade via idk-installer-config-4.0.xml. We did not do that in the past
