Just to be clear. I do not consider the logo to be a requirement. It is a

How about this:
1. Discuss the project's graduation on the general list.
2. Fill blanks left on the status page.
3. Reaching a bigger community that will contribute code to the
project, though it remains to be seen if it's required before
graduation.

Something I was surprised to discover is that "A disclaimer is
present, slightly reworded from default. No signs of IPMC approval".
As is turns out, somehow I managed to remove "sponsored by the Apache
Incubator" part. It's fixed now.

I'll update the website with the logo. I was thinking of putting it in the
left column on the website. Is that visible enough? Are we allowed to
remove the border from the logo? The left-column is 210px wide and the logo
