Mark and Sai: William is leading the SAS developers through the final steps of
finalizing the code necessary for the next release of Geode. They are very
nearly there, so as they wrap up I thought it prudent to revive this thread and
re-initiate the discussion about the release pr

Our developers are hard at work on some patches. William is leading the group
