Regretfully, I am voting +1 to retire the Geode project.
During the PMC roll call and open discussion on dev/user lists, we did not find
enough PMC volunteers to carry the project forward even at a minimum level.
While the PMC roster was large the vast majority of the members were either

We have been experiencing a weird issue wherein we are getting
org.apache.geode.internal.cache.tier.sockets.MessageTooLargeException:
Message too large to send
exception while executing gemfire functions. Interesting bits are that
there are not puts in this call.
It makes sense if this issue
