hostname:8080/contextRoot as this will throw a 404. However, if the
app has any servlet mappings then I can hit the mapping url. We
definitely need to look into this, but I don't deem in necessary to
respin.

I just refreshed my Axis2 trunk and looks like they commented out this
entire method processHTTPGetRequest in Axis2 trunk just this morning!
Do you want to comment out this also in trunk before we work out a fix?

Sun sometimes allows implementations to certify using a newer api
then was in required by the original JEE specification. My guess is
that the next version of Glassfish uses these apis, so hopefully if
we ask, they'll give us new signature files or a patched TCK.
