RE: User list? Bundle?
Sorry, I missed that part about installing Apache httpd with Tomcat. Why would you install both Apache httpd and Tomcat? You are talking about the non-java httpd server, right? In any case, we intend to have Apache Tomcat, not Apache httpd, running with Geronimo. This means that there will be a GBean wrapper for it and it will be as easy to install/configure as any of the other Geronimo services. It is my understanding that we will have preset bundles one of which will be Tomcat. So I would prefer, if there would be a bundle, which would itself setup all necessary dependencies. Hi, I've got two questions: 1. I've not found a user list - where can I find it? 2. Will there be a bundle httpd-tomcat-geronimo? I'd really like it! Kind regards Peter Nabbefeld
RE: User list? Bundle?
Sorry, at the moment we have no plans on including that server with Geronimo. While Tomcat is a wonderful Servlet container, it does not have the same power and extensibility as Apache httpd. I don't want to use only Java, but also Perl and other languages. Re: [status] build: FAILED, test: FAILED | Linux 2.4.24, 2004-06-20
Yea, here is where the failed builds go. http://www.apache.org/~dblevins/builds/ Unfortunately, I haven't yet updated the script on beaver so failed builds there aren't yet uploaded to minotaur. The rest of them are there though. Looking at the results.log for any of those builds to see the maven output. Don't be thrown off by the fact that the end of the output says BUILD SUCCESSFUL; that's just because the tests are run with -Dmaven.test.failure.ignore=true. -David On Sun, Jun 20, 2004 at 09:31:55AM -0700, David Jencks wrote: This test passes for me on linux and os X.
