The layout of the docs is not quite right. The links into the multipage book
aren't right. Has been wrong for a while. Not enough to sink the RC, I'll file
an issue to fix it.
Loaded 20m rows, did some scanning with varying number of threads, measured
performance.

Its not a straw man argument.
Its the same thing I've been saying all along.
You're probably slightly faster on the write, at the expense of maintenance and
the reads.

True, JOIN is not yet supported in Phoenix.
However, we are working on supporting joins, starting with hash joins that
are equi-joins where one side of the join is small enough to fit into

table as your index, managing your index at the RS level is going to bite you
in the ass and will cause more headaches down the road.
