I dont believe it. which version of toolkit you are using? default
behaviour is not to insert language lines, when untranslated. I
opposite case it makes resulting sdf file useless for backup purpose.

So someone should correct the extension website for "Sun (Media)Wiki
Publisher". (the "Media" is missing in the extension name).
Same with the Extension itselv - it is called "Wiki Publisher" when

good news, we are taking Vietnamese out of Pootle (UI + Help) to get it
integrated for Beta2.
Just watch for Issuezilla issues in case of gsicheck errors that need to
be fixed before integrating the translated files.
