I guess you have to remove most of the en_US_.

So It can happen theat one l10n group can't install or run their builds.

found the i18n directory with the readme.txt in it.
Put your localized property files into this directory.
Restart the editor to take effect.
Note that you need to have the locale set to see localized strings
but I don't understand it.
Can somebody give me a hint?
