Sadly Github repository is just a read-only mirror and no one has admin
access to it which means we can't assign labels, close issues, etc :/
Eventually we should maybe consider doing what jclouds does - they have a
separate, non-asf Github repository where they handle pull requests and
everything
I've found it useful in other projects to tag all pull requests that need
triaging as 'needs-review'. That way we can filter PRs that need attention.
I think this project could use such tagging. There are a couple of PRs that
need the attention of the submitter, not reviewers.
