In some cases there is a problem resolving DNS from inside containers
running within Openshift.
Add the following to `/etc/docker/daemon.json`:
```
{ "insecure-registries": ["172.30.0.0/16"] }
```
If the problem remains try adding the following to
`/etc/docker/daemon.json`:
