We'll need to add the Stream Expression tests. These would go in StreamDecoratorTest. I have no problem adding the tests and committing. If you want to add the tests that's fine too, let me know which you prefer. For example joining multiple streams. In these scenarios you can't push down the paging behavior. So there really needs to be support for both pushed down paging and paging using decorator expressions. The functions described in this ticket are the decorator expressions. We could also make changes to the search expression to support pushed down paging in this ticket.
